How to Get International Driving Licence Permit (IDP)? – Complete Process
An international driving licence permit issued by the regional transport department (RTO). An international driving permit is valid for one year. To apply for an international driving permit, you must have a valid driving license in India and must be a resident of India. Apply IDP steps:

Open Parivahan Portal
First, visit the Parivahan official website: https://parivahan.gov.in/ . After opening the website, select Driving Licence Related Services from Online Services main menu.

Choose Your State
Select your state and your RTO office.

Select menu Apply International Driving Permit
Now several menus will appear on your screen, from which you can select Apply International Driving Permit (IDP).

Show Instruction
Show Instructions on how to fill out the application, and click on Continues button.

Enter Driving Licence Details
Now, enter your driving licence number, date of birth and click on GET DL Details button. will show your driving licence details and click on the Proceed button.

Authenticate with eKYC
Enter your mobile number and will get otp on your mobile. submit this otp and click on AuthenticatewithSathi button.

Select services
Now show the list of all services and select ISSUE INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENCE PERMIT.

Fill application details
Fill out all fields like a Passport number, birthplace, visa information and click on Confirm button.

Pay fees
Now select Pay application fees online; the fee is 1000 rupees.

Submit Application
After payment, click on the submit button, and your application is submitted. After submitting the application, you need to visit the RTO office to verify your documents. Within 1 or 2 days, take time to approve your application, and you will collect your IDP at the RTO.
Offline Method
You want to apply for an offline application for an international driving licence permit. Follow the method below:

- Carry all documents for verification, such as a passport, visa
